Sound healing is a vibrational experience that retunes the energetic field of the body back to its natural state of balance. Reiki connects us to the flow of the universe which balances our energy and releases toxins. Together these practices collide, resulting in a profound healing experience.

The energy of trauma gets stored in
the body and can remain stuck for years or lifetimes if it goes unresolved.
This energy can manifest as PTSD, auto-immune disorders, addiction, depression, chronic fatigue, attachment issues, and toxic relationships.
It is common that most people with suppressed trauma are in a state of fight or flight and experience high stress levels that keep the body from resting and repairing itself.
Both Reiki and Sound Healing activate the parasympathetic nervous system which is why most people enter a very calm meditative state during a session.
Ellie's intention is to allow clients to rest in a relaxed safe space because it is from there that the deep inner work can begin.
For your session you will lie on a massage table fully clothed and covered by a blanket. Ellie will begin by scanning your energy with various tools (chimes and crystals) and will place her hands on your shoulders to start channeling the flow of Reiki. She will then work with her Himalayan singing bowls which are handmade in Nepal and tuned in the frequency of the 7-chakra energy systems: C (root), D (sacral), E (solar plexus), F (heart), G (throat chakra), A (third eye) and B (crown chakra). Each bowl will be introduced one at a time and most commonly placed on the sternum for deep frequency contact. Your session will vary depending on your needs.
