YIN AND SOUND HEALING AT WILLOW GARDENS YOGA
Join me at Willow Gardens Yoga on April 14th, 21st, and 28th for my next Yin Sound Healing class. Yin yoga is an extremely beneficial practice for gently repairing your body from the inside out. With the combination of sound frequencies, the experience is greatly heightened and can leave you in a euphoric state. The poses are held for around 5 minutes long which allows the body to open and rejuvenate. Sign up online or show up a few minutes early.
