Sound Bath Meditation

SONIC MANIFESTATIONS
Join me on February 22nd for my newest event called "Sonic Manifestations." This is a 90 minute experience where I incorporate breathing exercises with electronic music that I have developed to allow students to drop into their purest states of being. Followed by the breath work will be a relaxing sound bath to re-tune and refurbish your sacred temple. We will be focusing on manifesting and how to create space to attract what you want. The class will be from 7-8:30pm and you can sign up here at Willow Gardens Yoga.
YIN AND SOUND HEALING AT WILLOW GARDENS YOGA
Join me at Willow Gardens Yoga on February 9th, 16th, and 23rd for my next Yin Sound Healing class. Yin yoga is an extremely beneficial practice for gently repairing your body from the inside out. With the combination of sound frequencies, the experience is greatly heightened and can leave you in a euphoric state. The poses are held for around 5 minutes long which allows the body to open and rejuvenate. Sign up online or show up a few minutes early.
